There are many benefits to this herb.
Yerba Santa is said to quiet a nagging cough, help clear the chest of phlegm and relieve congestion due to allergies. Yerba Santa can be used as either a dry herb or extract. To use as a dry herb, mix one tablespoon of the herb in eight ounces of warm water, and drink one cup daily.
