Goldenrod

Goldenrod is useful for the treatment of upper respiratory catarrh, whether acute or chronic. Goldenrod helps to thin mucus secretions and relieve congested mucus. The herb helps to promote urination, clean the kidneys, reduce inflammation and prevent infection. Goldenrod also helps to relieve hayfever.

Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules, one (1) time each day with water at a morning or mid-day mealtime.

Contraindications:
Currently, there are no known interactions with the use of Goldenrod; however, it is advisable not use Goldenrod in the presence of edema (swelling) due to heart or kidney problems. Goldenrod is a member of the Compositae (daisy) family and should not be taken by those who are allergic to daisies.
