Viable Herbal Solutions is
a major purchaser of herb materials from around the world. As a special
service for our many valuable distributors and customers, we offer for
sale over 650 powdered herbs, extracts, vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients (which form the base ingredients for our current product portfolio)
in 1/2 lb. portions as a convenience for those who desire such products. These products are provided in non-encapsulated powdered (ground) form.

provided in the table below. |
ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS: There are two (2) on-line forms available for your Bulk Herbs & Extracts Purchase Orders:
The SECURE On-Line Order Form has all of the available ingredients listed (VHS 6-Digit Bulk Item Numbers, Ingredient Descriptions, Ingredient Types, and Unit Prices for 1/2 lb. Powdered Portions). To use this form, you simply need to identify the line items which interest you, and select the "Add To Shopping Cart" button (this will add that line item to your shopping cart) to purchase that ingredient.
The FAX / POSTAL MAIL Order Form provides you with a 'blank' ordering template in which you can identify those items which you would like to purchase (VHS 6-Digit Bulk Item Numbers, Ingredient Descriptions, Ingredient Types, and Unit Prices for 1/2 lb. Powdered Portions, and a column to identify the Quantity of 1/2 lb. Portions you wish to purchase). To complete this Order Form, you will need to identify:
- the VHS 6-Digit Bulk Item Number
- the Ingredient Description
- the 1/2 lb. Unit Price (for the ingredient requested)
- the Quantity of each ingredient you wish to purchase (in 1/2 lb. increments)
- the Cost (for each ingredient based on Quantity ordered)
Once your requested herb/extract information is identified, please complete the standard ordering information before faxing or mailing the purchase order form to our Pennsylvania sales office:

TERMS: When ordering Bulk Herbs & Extracts from Viable Herbal Solutions, please be aware that:
- All materials are shipped as non-encapsulated powdered, or ground, form.
- The minimum order amount is $25.00 (excluding the shipping fees)
- Purchase quantities must be ordered in 1/2 lb. increments.
- Purchase costs must be precisely determined using the 1/2 lb. portion size (Unit Price) values associated with each individual ingredient ordered (refer to table below).
- Materials are shipped in sealed, labeled plastic packaging, but shipment does not contain any information on the purpose or possible applications for the individual materials, recommended dosages, or contraindications.
- All materials are shipped as identified on the purchase order form (other means can be considered upon agreement with our Pennsylvania sales offices)
- Shipping & Handling costs are determined based on the shipment means selected by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY: Due to the nature of the "Individual Bulk Herbs & Extracts" sales program, and in order to preserve the integrity of our processing materials inventory, Viable Herbal Solutions cannot accept ‘returns’ for materials purchased through this program. Viable Herbal Solutions will, however, allow for materials / product replacements due to our errors on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our Pennsylvania sales offices within 7 business days of shipment delivery if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchased herbal materials. Viable Herbal Solutions assumes no liability for damaged shipments in route or in transit which were purchased through our "Individual Bulk Herbs & Extracts" sales program.
