HERBAL INGREDIENTS: Proprietary blend of standardized herbal extracts of Alfalfa (Medicago sativa), Black Cohosh Root (Cimicifuga racemosa), Bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus), Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis), Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), Nettles (Urtica dioca), Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus), and Soy (Glycine max). Also contains Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, and Vitamin B12.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules, two (2) to three (3) times each day at mealtimes with a large glass of cold water.
