RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: For severe symptoms, take two (2) to three (3) capsules, three (3) times each day with a large glass of cold water at mealtimes. For those with mild symptoms, dosage can be decreased to two (2) capsules, two (2) times each day.
CONTRAINDICATIONS: This product should not be used by children less than ten (10) years old.
