Botanical Results- Herbal Support for Chronic Menstrual Problems - is a botanical alternative medicine formulation that contains a blend of sixteen all-natural herbal extracts for effective support in battling menstrual problems.  Menstruation is a normal part of a woman's reproductive cycle.  For most women, the menstrual cycle is about twenty-eight days, but it can vary considerably even from one month to another.  Hormones in the blood stimulate the ovaries to produce ova, bringing on the cycle.  The degree of discomfort or pain a period causes varies widely among individuals.  Although premenstrual symptoms and discomfort during menstruation were once thought to be of psychological origin, it is now known that hormonal and chemical changes are responsible.  The three main categories of menstrual irregularities are amenorrhea (lack of periods), dysmenorrhea (painful periods) and menorrhagia (heavy periods).  Botanical Results contains well-known herbs that help to regulate the menstrual cycle and alleviate many period-related problems.

• Red Raspberry (20% Ellagic Acid)
• Valerian Root (0.8% Valerenic Acid)
• Yarrow 4:1
• Cayenne (90,000 H/U)
• Ginger Root (5% Gingerols)
• Vitamin A

Please note: While we use higher strengths of some ingredients in this formula, we do not sell those strengths as single herbs. We do, however, offer them in lesser strengths and offer links to their respective pages here: Chamomile 1% (this is a higher strength than the 4:1), Cramp Bark, and Feverfew.

Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) capsules, two (2) times each day with a large glass of cold water at mealtimes.
