Recommended Dosage:
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules, two (2) times each day at mealtimes with a large glass of cold water.

Contraindications:
Nature's Instinct should not be used in cases of hyperthyroidism or cardiac problems, nor during pregnancy and nursing.   Excessive dosage (many times the recommended dosage) may lead to hyperthyroidism, tremor, increased pulse rate and elevated blood pressure.
