Recommended Dosage:
Take three (3) to four (4) capsules with a large glass of cold water at the onset of symptomatic episodes. It is best to avoid food consumption for at least two (2) hours after taking initial dosage. If symptoms persist after two hours, take an additional one (1) to two (2) capsules, again with a large glass of cold water, and again refraining from food consumption for at least two (2) additional hours.
