Please note: While we use higher strengths of some ingredients in this formula, we do not sell those strengths as single herbs. We do, however, offer them in lesser strengths and offer links to their respective pages here: Caraway Seed, Rosemary 4:1, Cardamom Seed, Chamomile 1% (this is a higher strength than the 4:1), Fennel Seed, Slippery Elm Bark, Onion.
Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) to two (2) capsules approximately one-half (½) hour before each major mealtime. It is also recommended to take one (1) capsule approximately one (1) hour prior to bedtime for optimal herbal benefits.
Contraindications:
This product is not recommended if you are pregnant.
