Recommended Dosage:
Take one (1) capsule at mid-morning (10:00 a.m.), and one (1) capsule at mid-afternoon (3:00 p.m.), for the duration of the weight reduction period. Each dosage should be taken with a large glass of cold water, preferably an hour before mealtimes. Do not take more than two (2) capsules each day. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Contraindications:
If this product is used in conjunction with a strong diuretic, care should be exercised to avoid serum potassium depletion. This product is not recommended if you are pregnant or nursing. Consult your physician before using this product if you have high blood pressure or are being treated for a serious medical condition.
