Herbal Solace - IC - Botanical Support for PMS - Irregular Cycles - is a botanical alternative medicine formulation that contains a blend of all-natural herbal extracts for effective regulation of the menstrual cycle. Please note: While we use higher strengths of some ingredients in this formula, we do not sell those strengths as single herbs. We do, however, offer them in lesser strengths and offer links to their respective pages here: Nettle Leaf 5:1 and Dandelion Root 4:1.
Recommended Dosage:
Beginning at the end of your monthly period, take two (2) capsules, two (2) times each day, preferably with a morning meal. It may take up to three (3) monthly cycles to achieve desired results. Thereafter, take two (2) capsules each day as a dietary supplement to maintain optimal results.
Contraindications:
Do not use Herbal Solace - IC in conjunction with prescription diuretics or anticoagulants. This product is not recommended for those taking internal corticosteroids.
