Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules as needed. Repeat usage every four (4) hours, if necessary. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Contraindications:
This product is not recommended for children under twelve years of age; use bulk laxatives, such as Psyllium Seed, for children.
