Recommended Dosage:
Take two (2) to three (3) capsules per day. For best results, each capsule should be taken on an empty stomach, and with a large glass of cold water. Excess dosage will cause sleeplessness. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
Contraindications:
Use of this formula is not advised if you are pregnant or lactating, or for individuals with uncontrolled high blood pressure. Taking more than recommended dosage may cause sleeplessness, nervousness and/or insomnia.
